Please symbolically adopt a sea turtle as one of your own!
The endangered sea turtles of Akumal have been receiving 1000’s of volunteer hours (see our Voluntourist Blog) to conserve and protect nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, (green and loggerhead) April-October-the height of the season being July and August as nesters and hatchings are crossing over.
Please help us to continue this work by providing much-needed funding for expenses to run the camp or help by donating your time over many days (note: work is physical) or help by donating supplies; stakes, medical gloves, batteries, light bulbs (red), face masks, backpacks, face shields, first aid equipment, flashlights, GPS equipment, telephone cards, transportation tickets, hand sanitizer, soap - food, or simply supporting the Sea Turtle Checklist and all our dedicated volunteers in desperate need of smiles, cheers, and support. But at a distance, please!
